1. Introduction

  • As part of our No Quibble Money Back Guarantee, you are entitled to a full refund (excluding delivery charge) when you take up the ‘SYFA Shift Challenge’. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you can request a refund, no questions asked, simply by contacting our Customer Services team via our Contact Us form. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of your request and will be credited back to the original payment method. You do not need to return the Products to us.
  • As part of our standard returns and refunds policy, you are entitled to a full refund (including delivery charge) if there are issues with your product or delivery. You will need to contact our Customer Services team via our Contact Us form stating the reasons for your request within 30 days of receipt of goods. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of your request and will be credited back to the original payment method. You do not need to return the Products to us.

2. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, in addition to the above, the following conditions must be met:
- You must have purchased the product directly from SYFA Squad Ltd through our official website, syfa.com.
- Your refund request must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.

 

3. How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple. Just follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Contact our Customer Service team via our Contact Us form with your order number and a brief description of why you’re not satisfied.

2. Refund Processing: Once we receive and approve your refund request, we will process your refund within 7 working days. You do not need to return the product to us.

Please note: Depending on which bank or credit/debit card you use, it may take up to a further 7 days for the refund to appear in your bank or card account.

4. Refund Details

- As part of our No Quibble Money Back Guarantee, you are entitled to a full refund (excluding delivery charge) when you take up the ‘SYFA Shift Challenge’.

- As part of our standard returns and refunds policy, you are entitled to a full refund (including delivery charge) if there are issues with your product or delivery.

Payment Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. No Returns Required

Under our No Quibble Money Back Guarantee and our standard returns and refunds policy, you are not required to return the product to us. We trust our customers and aim to make the refund process as easy and hassle-free as possible.

Sustainability is important to us - we encourage you to reuse or recycle the packaging as appropriate.

6. Limitations

- This Money Back Guarantee and our standard refunds and returns policy only applies only to purchases made directly through SYFA Squad Ltd's official website, syfa.com. Purchases made through third-party retailers are not eligible for this guarantee.

- The No Quibble Money Back Guarantee is limited to one refund per product per customer.

SYFA Squad Ltd reserves the right to modify or discontinue the No Quibble Money Back Guarantee and/or our standard refunds and returns policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated on this page.
