Delivery Policy

      1. Introduction

At SYFA Squad Ltd, we are committed to ensuring that your order is delivered in a timely and efficient manner. This Delivery Policy outlines how we handle shipping, delivery times, and other important aspects related to the delivery of your order.

      1. Pre-Orders

From time-to-time, we offer the option to pre-order our products. Pre-orders allow you to reserve your products in advance. Please note the following regarding pre-orders:

- Pre-Order Availability: We will display pre-order availability for relevant products on the product details page and in the basket and checkout.

- Shipping Date: On the website, we will display when your pre-order will be ready for fulfilment (i.e. when we have received stock into our warehouse). You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched. We will notify you by email if there are any changes to this timing.

      1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer delivery within the United Kingdom only. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. International shipping is coming soon.

      1. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Standard delivery times within the UK are as follows:

- Standard Delivery: 2-4 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as postal delays or holidays.

We will notify you by email once your order has been shipped. You will be able to track its progress.

      1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the shipping method selected. The cost for standard delivery within the mainland UK is £3.99.

      1. Shipping Promotions

We strive to offer competitive rates and may provide free shipping promotions from time to time.

Currently, you will receive free standard mainland delivery on orders over £30.00.

      1. Dispatch and Handling

- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.

- Dispatch: Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched from our warehouse, and you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

      1. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.  We use courier Evri for all UK mainland deliveries.

      1. Delivery Issues

If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as delayed, lost, or damaged items, please contact our Customer Service team via our Contact Us form as soon as possible. We will work with our delivery partner, Evri, to resolve the issue promptly.

Please note: If your parcel is damaged upon arrival, please reject it from the courier, take a photo of it (if possible), and notify our Customer Service team via our Contact Us form as soon as possible. 

      1. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete at the time of placing your order. SYFA Squad Ltd cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

      1. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery partner, Evri, may leave a card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection from a local depot. Please follow these instructions promptly to avoid your order being returned to us.

      1. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping the package to a new address.

      1. Changes to This Delivery Policy

We may update or modify this Delivery Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
