This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of SYFA Ltd, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible.

The offer is valid from 9th July 2025 and ends at 11:59pm on 11th July 2025. Orders must be placed within this period to qualify.

4. How to Participate
To qualify for a full refund:
a) Purchase any SYFA Flare product from Amazon.co.uk during the promotional period.
b) Email your Amazon order confirmation to SYFAnatics@syfa.com by 11:59pm on 12th July 2025. This will trigger a 50% refund of the purchase price.
c) Try the product, then leave an honest and genuine review on Amazon.co.uk.
d) Email a screenshot of your published review to SYFAnatics@syfa.com within 1 week after your delivery to receive the remaining 50% refund.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 working days of valid receipt of each email (order confirmation and review screenshot). Only one refund per household. Maximum refund equals the value of one SYFA Flare order (excluding delivery).
